With the rapid development of information management and information network technology,the requirements of information construction of warehouse management are also more and more high.Logistics network needs and ideas to continuously promote the transformation of the various units of storage management and logistics information construction,storage management has entered the stage of network electronic management.Over the past few years,the bar code technology has developed very rapidly,and PDA to enterprise's growing popularity,the bar code technology is also widely used than the proposed storage materials management system,significantly improve warehouse operation efficiency and automation level.It is very important to establish a warehouse management system suitable for the business process of the complex manufacturing enterprises.This paper first analyzes the current status of the logistics and warehousing industry information,and analyzes the existing logistics information flow.In summary on the basis of the domestic and foreign related research and practice achievements and learn from the successful experience of the existing warehouse management information system and in a large enterprise as the background,through the analysis of the warehouse management process,the design and implementation of the IOT automated warehouse management system.The main work is as follows:(1)Through the analysis process,design a set of material information management process.In the process of system design,this paper for warehousing business were research,and to make information technology scheme based on storage business operation mode;the scheme from the material supply planning management,material production and shipment management,delivery of goods and approval management and material operation and quality security management,effect analysis of automated warehousing mode on all aspects of the business,so as to formulate a feasible storage automation solutions.(2)The design and implementation of storage materials check.Through the RFID tag and PDA scan technology to realize the data transmission in the system,according to the business needs,in the system to achieve the number of materials and varieties of calibration,to achieve automated storage management.(3)The interaction system of internal and external network,enterprise ERP system of Intranet,extranet WMS system,realize the all aspects of the internal and external network of seamless integration,the management work more transparent and efficient.Network system connected with a PDA subsystem.Among them,PDA system is mainly responsible for warehouse operation,including equipment inspection,equipment in the library management,and the library,out of stock processing function;WMS system module is mainly responsible for warehouse keeper indoor operations,including the arrival of equipment modules,equipment information inquiry,modification,and statistics of equipment,barcode printing function.The system create greatly improve the efficiency of warehouse administrator,through barcode scanning technology realizes the staff of items of information fast,accurate and real-time input,timely grasp of inventory information,convenient materials storage,transfer and other operations,has higher use value and economic benefit.
