At present,China has entered the new normal of the political,economic,social,cultural,environmental and other aspects.Under the profound social reform,the Internet is affecting people's thoughts,feelings,life and production.In the era of Web3.0,the more diverse we-media reflect its value in politics,culture,economy and so on.From the industrial point of view,the we-media owns the economic value of attracting advertising,investing and financing,and profiting.Gradually,the we-media formed its own unique business model and industry chain.Driven by the interests,the we-media not only explores a survival way of the content entrepreneurship,but also presents a series of chaos because of a variety of temptations.The blind pursuit of economic interests while ignoring social benefits,causing the final damage of the public interest and the destruction of the entire development of the media industry.Therefore,in the premise of social responsibility,how to correctly and properly govern the we-media in order to improve the competitiveness of the media and guide the virtuous circle of development of the we-media industry,is the paper's tentative exploration of the subject in the cultural industry management,media management and public management.The paper embarks from the perspective of the purification and optimization of the we-media industry development environment,takes the commercial we-media asthe main research object,using the research methods of the literature research,case analysis,data statistics,comparative study and inductive analysis.The paper firstly focuses on the analysis of the form of the we-media industry and the impact of industrialization on the media.The essence of the we-media industry is content industry.Under the influence of attention economy,influence economy and copyright economy,the we-media can benefit from a variety of channels by producing attractive content resulting in the industrial chain including the Content providers,Platform operators,Infrastructure providers,Advertising/ Advertising marketers,Investors,Copyright service providers and users.Under the stimulus of industry,The we-media not only brings the prosperity of industry,culture and society,but also produces some negative phenomena,such as false information,excessive marketing,infringement and so on.The industrialization shows the dual effect on we-media.Then,from the point of view of the media chaos,the paper analyzes the necessity of we-media governance from three aspects:the we-media's own industrial chain,other industries affected by the we-media,and the social form and cultural ecology.The chaos of the we-media not only may lead to losing its users,investment and advertising,inhibiting the spirit of its innovation,resulting in a closed media platform,but also cause the damage to the enterprise and the brand and misleading consumers.And may lead to the deviation of public opinion guidance and the wrong value guidance,,reducing the social trust,and inhibiting the development of outstanding cultural spirit and other negative effects.The destruction to the economic,social and cultural ecology of the we-media chaos is the internal logic of we-media governance.For this purpose,the paper finally proposes the specific path of media governance from the industrialization aspect:First of all,the state should play a good role in the supervision of the we-media industry,especially to strengthen the supervision of the we-media platform.Secondly,since the we-media platform is very important in the governance process,the media platform should strengthen technical supervision,establish a white list system and emphasis on training the we-media.Finally,it should associate with other aspects of the industrial chain to participate in governance.On the one hand,to encourage users to monitor the we-media and strengthen the intermediary role ofcopyright service providers.On the other hand,the we-media should also play a role in self purification.By using the above means,we can promote the healthy development of the we-media industry and the Internet culture industry.From the perspective of the structure of the paper,the introduction of this paper introduces the significance of the topic,literature review,research methods,ideas and innovation,is the full text of the research background.The first chapter introduces the industrialization of we-media,takes the full range of the we-media from the media concept,characteristics,economic value,business model,profitability and the industry chain.It is the theoretical basis of the study.The second chapter introduces the positive and negative stimulation of industrialization to we-media,and emphatically describes the existence of chaos in the we-media.The third chapter starts from the harm of the media chaos,and shows the necessity of we-media governance from the aspect of social,cultural and economic dimensions.The fourth chapter returns to the real theme,which is the key point of the full paper.
