Research On Government Regulation In The Process Of Industrialization Of Television Media

As an important part of cultural industries, our TV media is in the tackle tough stage of system reform and innovation. With the continuous improvement level of TV media industrialization and the growing trend of media convergence, the old system of government regulation on TV media has shown such problems as a lack of monitoring and over-supervision, low level of legalization, Over-simplified supervision subjects, and weak force of Non-governmental regulation, which badly impede the further development of the TV media industry. In this paper, we start from government regulation on TV media, make a detailed description about subject and object,concrete content, ways and means of government regulation, analyze the different features of government regulation in different development stages of industrialization of TV media, think about relevant problems of government regulation appeared during the industrialization of TV media. We should make efforts from five aspects, Firstly, Scientifically analyze the new changes in the environment of government regulation; Second, focus on the system construction of organization and leadership of government regulation; Third, innovate the ways of government regulation, form the three-dimensional monitoring system; Fourth, stress the role of media leaders, improve the implementation effect of government regulation; fifth, reasonably learn from the experience of government regulation on TV media in developed countries.
