Middle school library is regarded as the second classroom for middle school students to gain knowledge.developing self-study skills and enlarging horizons.The evaluating process is the vital process in building libraries and it has meaningful and forecasting effects on the library's development.So far libraries in China has brought in the theory of "outcome evaluation",however the research is not that much,most of which stays on the research of the theory and spread of the theory.Moreover,in reality only few libraries of universities have actually put efforts on the case studies,as there is no evaluation standard or system,"outcome evaluation" cannot be widely used within China.Besides,there is still blank space in evaluation of libraries in our country.This report will mainly focus on how to evaluate the service and programs of high-school libraries as well as the effects of students' evaluation,combined with case studies from abroad,Qingshu education fund and OBPE country-library mini program,planning and designing of the library program,also key evaluation index will be created to finalize the final effect method in order to fill in the gap of library's evaluate.This report mainly divided into six parts:Index:This part focus on the background?purpose and the effects of this report,critical thinking and comparison between China and other countries will be used,as well as its research method.Charpterl:Discussion on outcome evaluation of high-school library.Charpter2:Relevant methods for results evaluation and how ti works in real cases.Charpter3:high-school libraries' system.Charpter4:Case studies of high-school libraries----Beijing high schools Conclusion.
