Improving teaching quality is the fundamental requirement of promoting school development and teaching evaluation is a powerful measure to promote teachers' continuous improvement of teaching quality.By means of data quantification and index evaluation,teaching quality evaluation conducts regular assessment on teachers' teaching,and participants in the teaching process are included in the evaluation management.In China,the teaching of middle schools is generally evaluated by scores,and the qualified rate and excellent rate of students' scores are used as the single index to evaluate the teaching quality of teachers.Therefore,it is significant to study the multi-index system of teaching quality evaluation in middle schools and establish a more objective evaluation model.This paper takes the teaching quality evaluation of middle school as the research object and develops the research on the classification and quantification of teaching evaluation indexes of middle school.At the macro level,the teaching evaluation indexes are divided into qualitative and quantitative categories,and the index hierarchical structure is established,which can be divided into first-level indexes,second-level indexes and third-level indexes.The first-level indicators include expert evaluation,student evaluation,peer evaluation,student achievement,teaching monograph,teaching discussion and course practice,and the second-level indicators are constructed under the six-level indicators,such as teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method,teaching effect and teaching education.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of comprehensive quality teaching,temporary additional indicators were added,and the additional indicators were improved through dynamic adjustment in the specific evaluation management.In order to make the teaching quality evaluation results comparable,this paper establishes the index score model and the index weight model,and takes the sum of all the three-level evaluation indexes and their corresponding weight products as the teaching quality evaluation scores.The paper has completed the basic data of teaching evaluation,established the evaluation index system,the function of statistical analysis,and realized the objective evaluation of teaching quality.In data mining,Apriori algorithm is used to mine the relationship between indicators.Therefore,association rule combination among indicators of the same level is found out,and the relationship between indicators is judged according to confidence,so as to provide data analysis support for the combination and optimization of indicators.In the process of system implementation,the integrated SSM architecture of SpringMVC,Spring and MyBatis was completed under the guidance of MVC design pattern to complete the back-end research and development of request forwarding,business logic and data interaction respectively,and the front-end development of the system was completed with JavaScript,HTML,etc.The system functions completed in this paper meet the practical application needs of middle school teaching and provide meaningful data support for middle school teaching quality evaluation,which has certain application value.
