With the development of the internet, more and more enterprises in order to occupy advantage in the market economy, they realize that high-tech is indispensable. In this context, personnel evaluation system came into being. And with the vigorous development of China’s Internet developing, in just a few years Personnel evaluation system from the initial simple test to a more scientific and objective mathematical method, Online Talent Assessment System to become a modern enterprise in the market essential weapon in the fight for talent. Traditional personnel evaluation system and are based on relatively simple mathematical model, for example, using simple qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, and so on, but demanding requirements of the evaluation has failed to meet enterprise. Thus, personnel evaluation system in modern design and model has become more and more practical.In this thesis, we use the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to make systems more reliable. AHP algorithm is a hierarchical, structured, qualitative and quantitative methods in decision-making. The key step in AHP is to construct a comparison matrix and the matrix calculated from the judge compared the various elements of sort by weight. This paper designs a comprehensive selection of high quality students. Referencing the》inistry of Education on primary and secondary schools to actively promote the reform of assessment and examination system》 on the definition of comprehensive quality, dividing the quality into six portions, they are moral character, citizenship, learning, communication and cooperation, sports and health, aesthetic and performance. Create a comparison matrix according to the ruler10/10-18/2, then by Matrix Power Method on-line calculations, the greatest characteristic root of the feature vector, the weight of each element of the consistency test, and then make adjustments on the matrixDesign stage is the macro function modules of the system partition, The personnel evaluation system in this thesis consists of front-line testing and background of the management system of two modules. Front-line only has online test function modules. Admin system has account management, paper management, system management, test management modules. The admin system automatically generat the account,the customer use the account logining the reception test. The admin system judge werther the user has logged in or not. Then the admin system will read the item bank and then under the AHP algorithm to generate a set of papers presented to the user. After users submit finished papers, background management system will read the item bank in the calculation of the correct answer score score presented to the user. During the detailed design stage, we use teradata database, struts2.0and hibernate as tools.Finally, on-line application of personnel evaluation system is briefly introduced, and made recommendations to further improve the system.In summary, our analysis and the AHP algorithm to optimize business needs based on the design and implementation for online measurement system.
