| At present the 3D Television industry is experiencing hardship in development and in a recession.Many foreign major 3D TV channels,such as ESPN 3D channel,BBC 3D channel,and the British Sky 3D channel have fallen into the dilemma of being off the air.The development of 3D TV was constrained by two major factors:the lack of program source and poor user experience for the audiences,resulting in the existing users to give up the subscription to 3D program services,and new users are disinclined to subscribe.Subsequently,many TV manufacturers have decided to cancel the plan to equip the new products with 3D technology.The 3D TV that needs wearing glasses has been unable to bring new profit growth point to the manufacturers.Therefore,3D TV in foreign countries has dropped out of the market heats.For our country,although the development of 3D TV started later than the abroad,inevitably it has to encounter the similar difficulties as the foreign countries.The previous 3D technology products and channel operating mode have been unable to obtain the recognition by the market.The domestic 3D TV industry needs to make adjustments to the industrial structure.In the meantime,the corresponding media institutions also need to further refine the management mechanism.It will become an important issue for the development of domestic television media,which is how to break the boundaries of TV,and conduct multi-dimensional,multi-domain transformation and reconstruction to the 3D TV industry as the next step.Based on above,this paper attempts to sort out the experiences of foreign 3D TV in the operation process,as the international reference of domestic 3D TV operation.Then,based on the analysis of the difficulties in the development of 3D TV industry in China,and through the comparisons,we can find out the differences between China and foreign countries from the media regulation to the industrial chain,then analyze the reason and clarify the thinking.Finally by combining the existing policy environment,technology development and industry prospect,we will bring up the suggestions to transformation and development of the 3D TV industry of China,inorder to achieve 3D audio-visual new media industry chain to complete the integration of development requirements.The content of the introduction combines with the background of the topic,sorts out the current domestic and foreign 3D TV research situation,brings up the problems to be solve by this paper,and introduces the ideas and content of research.The first chapter from the historical dimension sorts out the development process of 3D movie,analyzes the inner mechanism of development from 3D movie to 3D TV,and introduces the inner composition of 3D TV industry chain.The second chapter combines with the theory of product life cycle,sorts out the reasons for the off-air of the major foreign 3D TV channels,by focusing on analyzing the British Sky 3D Channel.It introduces the British 3D TV regulatory department,and analyzes the experience and shortcomings gained during the operation of the British Sky 3D channel.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of 3D TV industry in China.It concludes and analyzes the domestic 3D TV regulatory institutions,3D TV manufacturers,and the 3D TV channel operators,and compares with the operation environment of British 3D TV,finds differences,and provides reference for domestic3 D TV transformation.In the fourth chapter,we analyze the environment of domestic 3D TV industry transformation,explore the challenges and opportunities of the transformation,look ahead to the direction of domestic 3D TV transformation,bring up the ideas of the transformation,consider the dual factors of regulation and market,as well as technology and content,and the suggestions for the transformation and development of domestic 3D TV industry.Finally,we summarize the full context,and come up with the conclusion. |
