Research On The Knowledge Service Of The Learning Community In University Library

University library is a critical place for teaching,research and knowledge transmission.But the traditional way of knowledge service has not been able to meet diversified and personalized information needs of users in the new era.University library users mainly for students,teachers and researchers,with the impact of mobile Internet,users spend more time on the phone.It has become the user's regular needs for users to access to library resources anytime and anywhere,online communication and online learning,and entrepreneurial innovation has become a new trend of library services.Knowledge service is based on the learning needs of users,and information collection,consolidation,analysis,integration and utilization.The users are placed in the problem-solving scenarios,and knowledge acquisition,absorption,sharing,migration and dissemination services are provided.How to use the Internet technology to create a line learning service space and offline internship learning space interconnection learning platform to provide user-centered knowledge services has become an urgent problem for university library.This paper constructs the knowledge service of the university library based on the open architecture,which is based on the diversified,mobile and personalized knowledge needs of the users in the open environment.It has a certain guiding effect on the construction of the knowledge service of the university library.Based on the open architecture the university library learning community is a combination of online virtual learning community and offline learning and sharing community.It create an open learning environment by combining the physical library exchange space and virtual network learning space for user interaction,communication and learning.The university library learning community comprehensively considers the development of the information service of the university library and the new technology environment.It takes the user as the center,and combines the development trend of the times and the knowledge demand of the user to provide the user with the exchange and exchange,the online learning and the personalized push in knowledge service platform and on this basis to serve the user's knowledge innovation needs.Based on the knowledge activities and knowledge needs of the users in the university library,this paper analyzes the knowledge service demand and evolution process of the university users in the u-learning environment on the basis of the description of the community user interaction and the knowledge demand of the knowledge interaction.Through the clear direction of user knowledge service requirements in learning community:for the interpersonal service requirements,personalized service requirements for the push,for online learning services and business requirements for innovation,it put forward the open organizational model and architecture based on these requirements and the construction of the community knowledge service process based on the open architecture.Then,the service process and the function realization of the specific functions in the architecture are described in detail.Finally,taking the construction of the knowledge service platform based on the open architecture of the Wuhan University library learning community as an example,it elaborated the organization of the services.
