Knowledge economic society, the premise of the creation of value in universitylibrary is effectively get and use of the knowledge information. Therefore, realization ofuniversity library knowledge service which promote the knowledge value came intobeing. With the widely use of ubiquitous network technology and mobile informationtechnology. As an important place for knowledge management, university library alsogradually develop towards a new direction. An important trend of the future library is"no boundary". Library's services and learning behaviors have no boundary.Based on some related theories of ubiquitous learning and knowledge service. Bythe method of site investigation, case study etc, analyze the knowledge innovationservice project of university library. Points out the problems of Chinese universitylibrary knowledge service in net environment. In order to improve the libraryknowledge service quality and satisfy the user's demand in ubiquitous learningenvironment. Present three levels of the university library based on the ubiquitouslearning service. And based on this, fully absorb success concept and structure of theweb site of knowledge sharing--" Douban set ". Aimed at the defect of interaction andknowledge sharing aspects in the college library, put forward the innovation mode ofuniversity library knowledge service. The mode give fully play to the library ofknowledge sharing and user interactivity through the integration of library internal andexternal knowledge resources and the application of web2.0technology such as the blog,micro bo, BBS, personal homepage etc. Which support the wireless terminal technologyand ubiquitous technology. Thus reduce the information gap and the informationmonopoly, improve the efficiency of knowledge information circulation, and finallyrealize the ubiquity of resources support the ubiquity of learning.
