Design And Implementation Of College Student Volunteer Management System

With the development of science and technology,informationlization has become a means for promoting the innovation of social management.Volunteers,as an important force in building a harmonious society,play an important and positive role in advocating the friendly and coadjutant core values,participating in the public welfare projects of government and helping special,difficult,vulnerable groups.Young volunteer is the major part of volunteers,and the college student is the major player of young volunteer.Communist youth league in universities is the management department which is organized by Young volunteer in colleges.The main work of the league is managing young voluntary organizations and volunteers of colleges effectively by the means of informationlization.Basing on the background,this paper designs and implements an undergraduate student volunteer management system,which could be used to standardize the checking of volunteer register,issue active information timely,receive service requirement efficiently,evaluate service level scientifically,provide communication platform.Integrating and abutting joint volunteer service platform and resources outside school,it comes true that managing individual of university youth volunteer,team and activities scientifically and efficiently,which has strong practical needs and important social significance.Noticing that almost every undergraduate student own a smart mobile phone,we designed the interactive interface as an APP model of the Android that improved the continent of system information exchange and was more conveniently to send and receive information compared with the B/S mode existed in at present.We try to avoid unnecessary operate steps.For helped people,he can ask for the help just by means of submitting a picture or voice;for the volunteer,he needs only scanning a two-dimension code to sign up,attend or quit an active.The target is to maximize convenient in the real application.The paper perfected the evaluation management.The first aspect is the standard and flexibility of evaluation rules.The standard is reflected in that the organization can develop specific evaluation index entries to score each detail of the participants and make the whole score more specific;The flexibility is reflected in that the index entry is inputted in system through import model which can be adjusted and adapt to different scoring occasions.The second aspect is the multiple dimensions ofevaluation.Volunteers' score is no longer simply given by the organization,but by the service object and the organization to determine.So it will be more objective and fair.The development of this system focused on management of university youth volunteer,and also provided the interface with other related systems,such as government departments,social volunteer service resources and the higher level league volunteer system and so on,which effectively improved the sharing of data and contributed to the integration of volunteer service resources.The system designed using the idea of MVC and regarding SSH as the basic framework.The project has been put into operation,the result of which shows that the system is running stable is being accepted by more users.
