In recent years, large sports competitions and the public emergencies of reliefactivities, which brought volunteer service activities in China in the new historicalperiod of rapid development. At the same time, we have found a lot of problems involunteers business. The youth volunteer growing material’s cultural and spiritual’scultural needs of the volunteer management system with the backward the contradictionbetween the more and more prominent, volunteer management become restrictionvolunteer business in fast, the orderly development of bottleneck. How to put theadvanced computer science technology service to the country’s youth volunteeractivities of management, seek a kind of advanced, modern management mode andmanagement method volunteers has become the modern people of discussion matter.The paper uses the software engineering theory, combined with the famous thoughtnowadays of object-oriented programming, realized young volunteers managementsystem. the system used the structure of business process, data structure, the overalldesign, based on C/S architecture, WCF bottom communication structure, C#3.0language an object-oriented programming language,. NET3.5framework, MicrosoftVisual Studio2008development tools and SQL Server2005database of combining thedevelopment programs. The interface design of the whole system uses the third partycontrol (DevExpress version8.2), which has the advantages of simple operation,interface harmony and good interaction with the user. System mainly by the backenddatabase, user login, volunteers registration, statements design, custom form design andprinting, blood donation, activities, and parameters configuration, registration systemmaintenance, equipment management module. Through the role the maintenance, theparameters configuration, program locks, password calibration to achieve the safe use ofuser management software security; By the use of the three layer communication dataaccess way, let layer server and database server in physical space photogenic isolation,to a great extent, ensure the safety of the database data; Through the use of HTTPprotocol transfer files flow on the basic principle of the system of program was updatedrealize function. The system has been normal operated and achieved the expected developmentgoals which this paper had designed. Through testing the system, it shows it can meetthe need of volunteer management. Every function can reach the expected goal. Thevolunteers management developing from the traditional mode to the management modeof information after it used, modern management mode direction development, andimprove the management efficiency and management level.
