Design And Implementation Of Weihai Volunteer Management System

With the continuous progress of society,the volunteer industry has developed rapidly.There are many problems existing in traditional manual management,including many errors,high costs and information tampering,seriously hindering the development of the volunteer industry.In some areas,there are no complete volunteer management systems.This paper plans to develop and build a volunteer management system for this city in accordance with the Relevant Requirements for the Construction of National Volunteer Team Information System in China held by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2012.This system can effectively promote the scientific and standardized management of the local volunteer industry,change the traditional volunteer service model,improve the efficiency of volunteer services and expand social influences,which is of great significance to the development of the volunteer industry.First of all,this paper studied and analyzed the history,present situation and application of volunteer management systems and recommendation algorithms from home and abroad.According to the business process of the volunteer industry,the analysis of system requirements was completed and the functional modules of the system were designed as well.The use of technical means optimizes the technical architecture,improves the system security and performance,and reduces the system service pressure.Secondly,the paper designed a user-based activity recommendation algorithm.By analyzing the behavior information of the system users,including the number of views,registrations,check-ins,activities,served industries and other indicators,the cosine formula was used to calculate the user similarity and push activities.The algorithm is objective and accurate,which can effectively simplify the registration and participation process.Thirdly,the paper designed and implemented the volunteer management system.Each functional module of the system was designed and implemented based on the analysis of the system requirements.Accordingly,the development of volunteer management module,team management module,display module,event management module,activity management module,administrator module,activity recommendation module and other application functions were developed.The accuracy and recall of the activity recommendation module were pr edicted through the real business data.The experimental results show that this module can push activities accurately.Finally,the paper tested the system.The black box test,white box test,and stress test were performed on each functional module of the system in the production environment.The results show that each functional module can operate normally and meet the online requirements.
