The system uses the object-oriented thought and UML language for analysis and design tools. In technology, it is based on the standard J2EE platform, the Spring framework based on MVC and UIMS user interface management system architecture, it uses Hibernate and other related technical to support the various management functions, and database design chooses Oracle10g database. This system of volunteer’s comprehensive management supports the client using the browser to access system, offers information communication, information query and so on. It can provide a scientific and effective management of series of activities and personnel.According to the software design process, this paper provides a detailed description of the whole process of design and implementation of the volunteer management system in Jinan, completes the design of function modules in the process of the volunteer management, such as organization management, project management, volunteer management, system settings, online message. The system is suitable for the Jinan local volunteer management, and it can offer effective operation and maintenance services in the long-term.The system realizes all the functions of the Jinan volunteer management finally, and on the basis of the functions are perfect, I try my best to ensure the security of the system. While the system running, it realizes the whole-day monitoring, manages the volunteers scientifically, effectively and reasonably, improves the efficiency and quality of voluntary service, helps the Jinan volunteers association, the volunteer team office work quickly and easily, provides volunteer information platform.
