Zero inventory is a special inventory concept,which means the number of low storage warehouse storage in the form of one or some kinds of items,and even "zero",i.e.do not keep inventory.E-commerce is a "business operations with customers,suppliers,partners,electronic connectors" network,providing the opportunity to quickly find the buyers and sellers,and matching business transactions on online trading platform.Through e-commerce network system supplier,the purchaser's manufacturing operations systems can be connected together to achieve automated procurement,automated order fulfillment and automatic information exchange.Therefore,an effective and reasonable e-commerce platform should includes well-formed inventory management,thus the enterprise network suppliers,customers and the business itself effectively form together into a whole,then the inventories around the world could be quickly get together for use,and all works are done online,which can effectively accelerate the flow of goods and capital,and achieve the goal of"zero inventory".Therefore,the research and development of e-commerce paltform based on "zero inventory" is promising and valuable in technology and management fields.This thesis mainly analyzes the situation and demand of "zero inventory" in the nowadays e-commerce environment,and then establishes two models,one for intelligently resources coordination based on the consideration of supply-demand resource matching within the whole supplying chain,and the other one for multi-level warehouses in supplying chain,for the sake of intelligently decision-making aiding inventory management.The latter one is achieved by setting resonable production scheme and ordering scheme,reducing the inventory.Through the combination of the above models,every member in the supplying chain can achieve the goal of "zero inventory".The "zero inventory" e-commerce platform is designed and implemented,to testify the models,through which information could be shared among the supplying chain enterprise members,and realize the real "zero inventory".The contributions of this thesis are as following:1.Firstly,according to the characteristics of muliti-level inventory in supply chain,in terms of the selection problem of supplying resources,a Supply link Resource Arranging model based on HyperGraph(SRAHG)is proposed.Furthermore,an optimized directed HyperGraph Partitioning Based Supply link Resource Arranging Algorithm(HPSRA)is put forward,in order to realize the reasonable resource matching,then shorten the resouces relay time.2.Next,a model for inventories in supplying chain is established,and the resource transporting scheme is optimized,with the intelligent decision-making technology for inventory management.Through resonable production scheme and ordering scheme,inventory is reduced to the greatest extend.Finally,a "zero inventory" e-commerce platform is designed and implemented,which includes five subsystems and different function modules.The key subsystem,i.e.inventory management subsyste,implements the models and schemes mentioned above.Tests of platform verify the effectiveness and feasibility of these models and algorithms.
