The Design And Implementation Of Prison Office Affairs Management System Based On Workflow Technology

With the rapid development of computer application technology,the office transaction management system relying on computer network,database storage and information technology has achieved unprecedented development,which not only brings convenience to various industries,but also improves the efficiency of office management in the industry.The rapid development of computer application technology is affecting the management of office affairs.However,due to the influence of the system,the informatization level of office affairs of prison administration departments in China is relatively backward.How to apply computer technology to improve the efficiency of office affairs management in the prison department is the focus of this paper.In order to impro-ve the efficiency of office affairs management in Dongling Prison of Shenyang City,this paper proposes a prison office affairs management system based on workflow technology designed and implemented by this system.In this paper,the research background and significance of the system are discussed in detail.Based on the analysis of the status quo of office management system at home and abroad,the research content of this paper is put forward.This paper focuses on the definition,structure and system function of workflow technology.Analysis and design,analyzing the business processes and interface components of workflow execution in the workflow execution of the workflow engine architecture,use cases,and workflow.This paper deeply analyzes the actual business process of the prison office transaction management system.Based on the system requirements function and non-functional requirements analysis,the SSH architecture is used to design the overall architecture and system structure of the system in detail.The system uses the workflow technology to work.The business process of transaction management is decomposed into several independent nodes,and the nodes are connected according to the actual business process.The system drives the work of each service node through the workflow engine.This paper has carried out the hierarchical structure and system core functions of the system.Detailed design and implementation,and through system testing to illustrate the system meets the expected goals of system construction.The design and implementation of this system has truly realized the paperless office of prison office affairs management,and has effectively promoted the efficiency of prison affairs management and changed management functions.
