As the arrival of information age, the national basical education restrained by the informative society . The educational informationization means using relatively extensive information technology based on computer multimedia and network communication in courses, it promoted the reforms in education, making it fit the new demand to educational development of informational society ahead . Teachers' educational informationization is not only an important part of educational informationization, but the important impetus driving educational informationization into down-to-earth construction. The teachers' informational construction should be built on and based on training new-type teachers of middle and primary schools who have initiative spirit to take practice, it helps to raise the information literacy cross the nation. Therefore, studies about upgrading teacher's information literacy becomes gradually active.However there are some deficiency in the training of teacher's information literacy:1. The analysis about teacher's information literacy was not deep, and there is some imperfections in training design.2. It is not rational enough in training timeframe, which aggravating the teacher's burden.3. There is not much link between study and real work, teacher fails to apply what learned in training to his real work.4. The teacher took passive role in training.In this article, the author tries to bring out a practicable solution that based on the development of school. The solution builds up the campus knowledge management system and promotes teachers information literacy training with the training mode that "fan out from point to area and combine reality". There are the main work that I have done in the thesis:1. Through studying the definition of information literacy, I have lucubrated the components of teacher information literacy.2. Using the reference of knowledge management of the enterprise, I have builtrelevant research to the knowledge management of the school and campus knowledge management system .3. Proposed the new teacher training mode "fan out from point to area, combine with reality" with the campus knowledge management system, defined the workflow of educational designs .4. Have defined and realized teacher user profile under the campus knowledge management system according to the actual need.5. Have probed into appraisal system and method that teacher's information literacy training under the campus knowledge management system .Teacher's information literacy development is a long-term and arduous task, still in the exploration constantly. The new training mode in this thesis is a supplementary for present teacher training method . It can resolve the training timeframe and has remedied the question existed the gag between training and practice and promote the fast development of the education informationization.
