| With the developing computer technology,communication technology and network technology,the level of development and utilization of information resources in China gradually promotes.The informatization construction have been importanced increasingly.And the level of productivity and management society is effectively raised.In recent years,the enterprises and institutions also gradually develop computerized office and management.The personnel management information system,been called PMIS,especially greatly improves the traditional management mode and the management efficiency,saves the cost of management,promotes the scientific,standardizes development of personnel management.In this paper,the practical needs of personnel management system in higher vocational colleges.The use of structured programming method needs analysis,system design,system implementation and testing.This paper analyzes that the requirements of the personnel management system in higher vocational colleges.The main content of the requirement analysis includes the feasibility study,the main business process description and the main function modules and the non functional requirements analysis.Secondly,this paper describes the design of personnel management system in higher vocational colleges.System design includes the system architecture design and security strategy,as well as the system of file management,compensation management,performance management and personnel planning and other major functional module design,but also the use of object-oriented.NET three layer framework for system database design,and the establishment of a database of concepts and logical model.At last,this paper introduces the testing process and the deployment of personnel management system in higher vocational colleges,including testing environment and tools,test plan and test result and analysis.In this paper,the research direction is the application research.Therefore,the innovation is the engineering application research.And it mainly focuses on the diversified management,high flexibility and strong dynamic stimulation.It can realize the scientific and standardized management of PMIS.Reducing the complexity and labor intensity,this paper improves the level and quality of personnel management in colleges and universities. |
