Shengli Oilfield is a large state owned enterprises with various specialties, which products oil and gas primarily, concentrates exploration, exploitation, construction, logistics and social services into a whole. Its management is very difficult because of the huge organization, numerous job type, numerous labor and complex personnel. To reduce the labor intensity of human resources management department, improve the working efficiency, enhance the management level, to adapt to the higher and faster demands which the new situation proposed, we must establish a set of Shengli Oilfield human resources management system that be standard , convenient, and operate quickly.Topic is mainly about how to exploit the human resources management system of Shengli Oilfield, realized by apply J2EE (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) technologies and achieve the MVC(Model-View-Controller) pattern using Struts framework at the actual status of human resource management of Shengli Oilfield. This paper describes briefly relevant background relate to the development and design of Human Resources Management System of Shengli Oil Field, exploit system's basic theory about J2EE framework and Struts framework technology, and the current research status inland and alien; labors the operational and non-operational demand model that this system will achieve and make an in-depth analysis by give an example of contract management module demand; carefully designs the system functions, frame structure, database, network security, and etc, emphasizes how to realize systems view layer, control layer and model layer using Struts framework technology and how to connect with Oracle database using JDBC process; tests and evaluates the system's application, security, and operation performance when it's running. This development used Object-Oriented Analysis and UML(Unified Modeling Language) for the first time has constructed the Shengli Oilfield human resources management system Demand Model, has realized the data field level access authority control, used the Shengli Oilfield Certificate Authority system , Conformity many original independence single application system. The human resource management system of Shengli Oilfield possesses well reliability, complicacy, flexibility, expansibility and security. It has fond a referenced pattern for the development of large-scale information management system in the future. At the same time, this system will enhance human resources management of the Oilfield, reduce the labor intensity, optimize the management process, and offer decision-making basis for the development of Oil field.
