With the further development of economic restructuring, the focuses of competition have changed, from financial and material resources to human resources. Therefore, the human resource management system has become a very important key point in the enterprise.In the previous human resource management, almost all the staff is confronted with a long time-consuming work. The repetitive works deprives the employees of leisure time and the comfortable pace of life. What's more, the previous human resource management totally overlooked the key problem in this area. In the contemporary society, the advanced technologies curb the proliferation of the wasting phenomenon. It also plays a key role in the human resource management system and makes it more applicable to suit present-day society. Today's human resource management is best characterized by sharing resource in the concentrative database system , solving a variety of information without human intervention , using employees self-service system , working together with the various of systems and sharing all kinds of services and information . The human resource management should not only reduce costs but also increase efficiency, thereby making contribution to the enterprise.Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition, J2EE) as a new conceptual model was introduced by the SUN has been widely used in the world. Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition has many advantages. It not only can cut the cycle from product development to final introduction into the market, but also plays a pivotal role in saving the enterprise capital. These performances get accustomed to today's low-carbon environmental ideal to promote the development of the society. In addition, we should not neglect that it adapts to establish an open platform to provide a variety of procedures that are used in the multi-distributed enterprise.This thesis firstly analyses which is the imperative thing in the human resource management systems and explains the significance of it. According to this, it illustrates the business requirement in the human resources department, and then makes a particular state about this system which involves the institution management, the personnel management, the job management and other subsystems. Secondly, this thesis describes the developmental environment of this project and the demands in all levels of the framework structure. Besides, it explains why chooses this structure. Then it tells us how to realize this system. In the last of the part, it summarizes the whole thesis and proposes for further research and improvement.
