These performances get accustomed to today's low-carbon environmental ideal to promote the development of the society. In addition, we should not neglect that it adapts to establish an open platform to provide a variety of procedures that are used in the multi-distributed enterprise.This thesis firstly analyses which is the imperative thing in the human resource management systems and explains the significance of it. According to this, it illustrates the business requirement in the human resources department, and then makes a particular state about this system which involves the institution management, the personnel management, the job management and other subsystems. Secondly, this thesis describes the developmental environment of this project and the demands in all levels of the framework structure. Besides, it explains why chooses this structure. Then it tells us how to realize this system. In the last of the part, it summarizes the whole thesis and proposes for further research and improvement.
