Based On Purchasing Business Process Optimization Of The Design And Implementation Of The Procurement System

With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,business of enterprise gradually developed to the direction of globalization.They bring the development opportunity for the enterprise and new challenge at the same time.For instance,the market become more competitive,changing market demand become rapidly changed and product life cycle shorten constantly.In order to improve service levels and operation efficiency of enterprise,management informatization has become one of the most effective way to enhance enterprise competitiveness.Purchase is the first step of enterprise production and operation activities.And as a key link in supply chain management,the purchasing management is the connection bridge between enterprises and suppliers.In other words,the efficiency of purchasing management greatly affects the quality of the product quality,high and low cost of inventory,as well as the enterprise can respond to changing market demand.The XX electronic products manufacturing enterprises is the famous electronics manufacturers in China.The most materials of production obtain through procurement.Because of lack of standardization in supplier management,chaotic in purchasing channel and lack of price supervision,traditional procurement has many problems such as low efficiency and high cost of procurement.Business process optimization of purchasing management as the breakthrough point,this thesis researcher purchasing management system based on business process optimization.Firstly,the thesis analyses purchasing management,business process optimization in theoretical,and discusses the relationship between business process optimization and purchasing management system.Secondly,the thesis analyses the present situation and problems of purchasing management and purchasing systems and its business process optimization of XX electronic products manufacturing enterprises,and emphasis on upgrade the original purchasing system.Also,on the basis of analyzing the status of the company procurement system,we invited a number of software engineers to carry on the thorough investigation and requirements analysis,and write the relevant software requirements specification and made a detailed analysis of the feasibility analysis and user needs.Finally,the team has been clear about the module function of the procurement system,complete the general design and detailed design to develop and implement the system.This thesis arises at the guidance of the strategic target of the company.The purpose of this project is to integrated company purchasing information,to meet the demand of the continuous development of business,to solve the problems existing in the company,to improve the efficiency of purchasing,and form synergies with other subsystems.In the end,we propose to establish integrated control platform to realize the management of purchasing business and the operation of the company's overall management and control.The writing of this paper is also to explore a suitable way for the informatization of manufacturing enterprises in China.It has a certain theoretical significance to some extent.
