Analysis And Design Of Government Procurement Management System

With the rapid development of computer technology, network management technology has been widely applied to all walks of life, the government procurement model has begun to slowly transition from traditional management mode to the digital direction, the traditional paper quality management methods, has been unable to adapt to the current development needs, using electronic government procurement management, can carry on the full control of purchasing process, decrease the cost of purchasing and supply management.Starting from the research background of the government procurement management, this paper analyses the current form of government procurement management, puts forward the practical significance of the government procurement management system, from two aspects of domestic and foreign development trend of government procurement management system has carried on the comparison and analysis, and then on the system adopted by the related technologies are introduced, by using the method of process oriented from government procurement business processes, system functions, data flow, data dictionary and so on has carried on the demand for, and on the basis of demand analysis, completed the system architecture, function module and database design process, finally completed the system’s main function modules of interface implementation work.In this paper, in combination with the practical needs of the business of government procurement, by adopting the method of network information to system main function module design, including the purchase order management, purchasing plan management, commodity management, supplier management and user management. With B/S structure as the system running environment, using open source relational database Oracle as the background database support system, to ensure the system data storage security, the government procurement business process system design specification, provided the government to meet the need of purchasing decision basis, greatly improve the efficiency of procurement, procurement mode was optimized, provides convenience for government procurement management work, promote healthy and rapid development of procurement.
