Design And Implementation Of Park Management System Based On Transaction Flow

With the development of information technology,application software is widely used in enterprises.In traditional management of park matters,the process and arrangement of work,document management,notice distribution and other work are completely depended on manual handling.However,the officers of different departments do not work in the same place,facing a large number of files to deal with and a huge number of transactions,there exists many problems such as cumbersome work arrangements,low work efficiency and high administrative costs.Meanwhile,these problems of mutual buck-passing between work staff and inharmonious work environment often happen.Traditional manual management have been unable to meet the requirements of social and economic development.If enterprise can according to their own needs design and develop a set of automatic office software,dealing with the arrangement of work,document management,and notice distribution on office automation platform,it will greatly liberate the productive forces,improve work efficiency,and solve many problems of manual processing method.Because of the above situation and reasons,a park in Hunan province is in urgent need to develop a management system based on wok circuit.Combined with the situation of a park in Hunan province,this paper is researching on the issue of park management based on transaction work-flow issue,and proposing a park transaction work-flow management program.This paper builds a model relying on transaction work-flow technology,and modeling base on transaction of park maintenance,cleaning,accepting and posting,daily work and so on,then design and implement park transaction through the way of work-flow.Through demand study,requirement confirmation,function design,system test,and other several steps,it develops park management system,which realizing transaction's online arrangement and processing,notice online distribution,and the electronic management documents.With the analysis and contrast of C/S and B/S structure,the system using B/S structure,is divided into three layers,which is user's layer,application layer and data layer,according to MVC development mode.It develops on Java language and uses Oracle database for data storage.Once the development of system is completed,it is generalized adopted in a park in Hunan province,and is recognized by the user.
