Remote Device Management And Monitoring Platform Based On Configuration Technology

Configuration technology has been widely used and developing rapidly in various industries. In order to achieve more efficient remote operation of industrial equipment, a series of functions and advanced information transport method including the dynamic visualization control, data collection and management, alarm monitoring and network-based data upload and corresponding control is integrated into the configuration software, making the remote operation control more simple, intuitive, practical and reliable. The main topic of this research is how to apply the configuration technology to the industrial equipment remote monitoring and controlling platform, utilizing the dynamic visualization control of configuration software, combining with data collection management, integrating efficient data transport mean, making the control and management of equipment more intuitive and automatic.Firstly, through in-depth study of the remote device monitoring system, a system implementing scheme is proposed and a reasonable system database structure is designed. Secondly, a great deal of research wok has been done including study of various current configuration technologies, in-detail research of the structure and data processing of configuration software, comparing and analyzing various common used configuration software, and investigating the application of configuration software in monitoring system, which builds a solid foundation for the subsequent implementation of the system. Reasonable database design and configuration visualization technology are utilized in the system, and the monitoring center management software is designed and realized. The remote setting of equipment operating parameters and the real-time display of equipment working status are achieved in the system using the configuration interface, graphs, etc. and an automatic alarm function is also include.The system has been installed in the whole gas pipeline from Jingbian to Xián. The system is now working stably and reliably, that improves the working efficiency and protects the safe operation of the equipment.
