The technology that deeply integrates the new generation of information technology with the industrial economy,achieved a comprehensive connection characterized by all production factors,cross-time dimensions,and the entire industrial chain,through the comprehensive interconnection of people,machines and objects,is one of the key supporting technologies for the digital transformation of the real economy.With the development of Internet technology,modern equipment management is developing in the direction of digitization and networking.Remote real-time data collection,fault diagnosis,equipment maintenance based on equipment operating status and the Value-added application management deployed in the cloud both provide big data technical support for equipment operation and design optimization.Thus,the management and performance optimization of the equipment are realized over its entire life span.The Internet-based remote device interconnection and value-added application management functions are the key to achieving informatization and intellectualization in equipment management.This thesis takes the sewing equipment as the specific research object,and on the basis of literature research,studies the system architecture,management functions,data transmission schemes and functional components of cloud-based basic applications of remote equipment management.The main content of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the sewing equipment management scene,the system architecture and management functions of the remote equipment management system are designed;according to the parameter characteristics and management requirements of the sewing equipment,the equipment information model is established(2)In view of the real-time status monitoring requirements and the limitation of interconnected communication bandwidth in remote equipment management scenarios,a hybrid compression strategy for real-time monitoring data transmission was designed;Aiming at the problem of data transmission,a lightweight block data encryption algorithm and a key exchange strategy based on the limit of use times are designed.(3)According to the size of the request,the remote equipment management system is divided into subservices,the device access server based on the MQTT protocol and the functional component of cloud basic application based on the B/S architecture are developed.IP address risk assessment mechanism based on request behavior and ciphertext integrity judgment is also designed and implemented.Finally,a test environment is built to conduct a detailed test of the remote equipment management system in terms of function and performance.,and the application effect is verified by deploying in an industrial sewing machine manufacturer The test results and application effect show that the remote equipment management system realizes the functions designed in this thesis,meets the requirements of the actual scene in terms of load performance,security,and real-time,and can help manufacturers reduce equipment maintenance costs and improve equipment management efficiency.
