Nowada ys,people pay more attention to the construction of spiritual civilization.Stage,as the repository of people's spiritual world,has been paid more and more attention.In order to achieve more dazzling and vivid stage effect,more and more kinds of mechanical equipment are used in modern stage,and the stage s ystem is more and more complex.At the same time,it makes the operation and maintenance of stage equipment more and more difficult.For a stage technology company,there are man y stage equipment all over the country.How to use modern science and technology to realize the remot e monitoring and diagnosis of stage equipment in theatres all over the countr y,so as to facilitate the maintenance of stage equipment,is one of the problems faced by the current stage industry.In addition,the encoder,which pla ys a ke y role in the stag e equipment control,often causes stage accidents because of the difficult y of discovering the code breakdown in time.In view of the above considerations,this dissertation takes the project of a stage technology company as the background,and studies the remote data interaction technology and the fault diagnosis algorithm of encoder.On this basis,a remote monitoring s ystem of stage machiner y based on cloud platform is developed,and the function of on-line diagnosis of encoder faults is add ed in the system.The main work is as follows :Firstly,the configuration of stage machinery and equipment,the local stage control system and its function and performance requirements of a theater are described and analyz ed.On this basis,the function and performance requirements of the remote moni toring s ystem software are analyz ed.Define the function that the software s ystem will realize and the performance index that the system should possess.And compared the system architecture of C/S and B/S mode,combined with the actual needs of the system,choose the structure of B/S mode with obvious advantages.Secondly,the remote data interaction technology and the encoder fault diagnosis algorithm are studied.Local PLC and local host computer use process mapping method to realize data interaction.On this basis,the data interaction between local PLC and remote client is realized.Data interaction between local PLC and remote client is based on cloud platform.Data interaction between local PLC and cloud platform is realized through application program of local computer.Cloud platform and remote client are implemented by calling Web Service interface.The Encoder fault diagnosis algorithm is selected an adaptive multi-scale morphological analysis algorithm which is relatively simple and practical.Based on matlab,the research is carried out.According to the simulation results,the algorithm has strong adaptability and effectiveness for different types of encoder faults.Then,in order to improve the stability,real-time and securit y of the system,we choose Aliyun platform to develop the system.Based on the installation and development of SQL Server database in cloud server,the system software development is carried out by using C# programming language and ASP.NET technology and rel ying on Visual Studi o integrated development environment.The software of the system includes Web Service server,s ystem login module,device online monitoring module,data management module,device data anal ysis module and so on.The adaptive multi-scale morphological analys is algorithm is applied to the encoder fault diagnosis module to realize the remote diagnosis function of encoder fault.Next,the developed system will be released in the cloud server.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested.The res ults show that the functions of each module of the system have been realized,and the system performance is good,which meets the system requirements.
