The high speed of information technology development in China makes the network technology combined with telemedicine technology become one of hot spots in present research.lt is the only way to medical enterprise development with informatization and network technology.And the teattention.China is not only facing the aging population,a large number of elders and chnology has aroused much the increasingly serious medical health problems,but the uneven distribution of medical resources,which makes the medical treatment costs difficult and expensive.To alleviate the tremendous pressure from the deficiency of medical resources,this paper combined telemedicine technology and traditional Chinese family pension system,analyzed current number of home monitoring system,then found those systems' function are not perfect.Thus,a multifunctional care robot remote monitoring system was developed for the elders and the disables.lt took a family as a unit and utilized telemedicine technology.The system provides comprehensive medical services that include remote monitoring,medical care,pathology information management and physiological parameters acquisition as well as parameters analysis.The article described the design and implementation details of the system hardware and software.Hardware includes PC,CSN808-six physiological parameters acquisition hardware,and multi-functional electric nursing bed.Using CSN808 can collect ECG data,blood pressure data,blood oxygen saturation,temperature,pulse and so on;adopting self-designed controller combined with multi-functional nursing bed can change attitudes of entire body.The function of remote video monitoring is lead by PC and peripheral hardware.System software design and development is based on multiple platforms,like DirectShow,SQL Server2008 and Visual C++ joint programming.This system mainly consists of multiport control from multi-functional nursing beds,six physiological parameter parsing display,user information data management and remote video interaction.To achieve the function,the system software development selected the network,database and multi-thread programming technology.Therefor,the system interface design is simple and practical.Experiments run show that the system was stable,reliable,and achieved the desired effect.
