With advances in technology, the rapid development of GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) and increasingly fierce competition, the development and application of new technology, new technology and new business have already been raised to a very important position. GSM based on TDMA technology, is the most mature mobile communication networks. SMS (short message) as a basic service of GSM, has received more and more attention to operators and developers, and business applications based on SMS are also flourishing. The subject comes from the 2008 National Torch Plan Project "Remote Monitoring of Community Health Management System Based On The Wireless Network ". By introducing GSM wireless communication technology, this article provides a GSM-based wireless communication acquisition and transmission of human physiological parameters, and implements hardware and software related designs.Using the short message service of GSM, this project aims to monitor and manage the physiological information of patients achieved. It includes the data acquisition, wireless transmission and remote monitoring. The data acquisition and wireless transmission of physiological parameters include the acquisition units and the GSM communication modules. Remote monitoring and receiving part uses computer as the receiving terminal. Through the microcontroller, physiological parameter acquisition unit using non-invasive method of blood pressure measured by value can collect low blood pressure values, pulse and other physiological parameters from the body, and then through GSM modules these parameters as a short message are sent to the computer terminal. So the receiver can display the information on a variety of physiological parameters. The hardware components mainly use the GSM module TC35 and C8051F320 microcontroller to design the circuit. TC35 GSM modem Introduced by Siemens, has six parts: power supply module, GSM baseband processor, flash memory, ZIF connector, GSM RF module and antenna interface. TC35 is equipped with RS232 interface, allowing users to easily make microcontroller with the PC to communicate quickly and safely achieving data transmission. The C8051F320 microcontroller is an integrated mixed-signal system on a chip-based MCU. By this MCU data acquisition is highly accurate, and programming is easy. The software components mainly use Visual Basic 6.0, development environment of C8051F320 and C language, including the interface of computer terminals and the component of physiological parameter acquisition. It is very important, to remote acquisition and real-time video monitoring, early detection of disease, prompt treatment, improving the detection rate of sudden illness and emergency rates, that GSM and community health care system is combined with the human body temperature, blood pressure and other physiological parameters. Combined with community health care, the subject, which uses existing developed information technology achievements, case management and remote monitoring of the actual needs, is also of great significance to achieve community health and network. In the subject, the modular design of the system is with easy commissioning, maintenance and expansion. Finally, the design successfully realizes the remote collection and transmission system of human physiological parameters based on GSM.
