Medical experts believe that seemingly healthy person should undergo a medical examination at least two years or a year a time, in order to detect obvious symptoms of the disease as early as possible. With the increase amount of medical examination, and physical workload, the traditional handwriting input mode of operation has been unable to solve the contradictions in the process large amounts of data management means backward. Traditional healthy record entry mode is not only inefficient but poor accuracy., To save the time of volunteers and medical staff, reduce workload of workers, improve the accuracy of the work, it is necessary to design a new way to improve the medical way. For these, the study made the following work:First, design of the existing use of laboratory apparatus of the second generation ID card reading device, multi-parameter monitors and camera completes the acquisition of personal information and medical information, through PC serial communication control and access the data acquisition of each module.Second, this paper focuses on information collection and management system software design, and design a GUI interface and an information collection system by using Python language and My SQL database, In the IDLE(Python GUI) compiler environment.Third, the software interface of information collection and management system combined with My SQL database software. It makes medical data of physical examinations can be saved to the database to avoid data loss and data disorder accidents. At the same time the front Database use Navicat 8 for My SQL database to manage information.Fourth, after design system, this study selected appropriate physical objects, In the routine laboratory environment, the data accuracy and system feasibility is verified by medical examination on 20 volunteers one by one.
