With the improvement of the living standard, people have paid more and more attention to their health status. The values of human body's high (low) blood pressure and heart rate are important physiological parameters for measuring whether a person is really healthy. In order to know their health status, people need to measure these physiological parameters. On the other hand, some potential diseases can lead to alteration of these physiological parameters, therefore, it is important for people to monitor these physiological parameters timely to guard against diseases.According to the current condition, the paper ameliorates current methods and designs a monitoring and analyzing system which aims to measure physiological parameters. The core chip of the system is a singlechip PIC16F877A, and it collects pulse wave data and processes data based on oscillometric method, at last the value of body's blood pressure and heart rate are calculated by the chip. After the system is completed, an examination that the pulse wave data is processed in computer has done. The chip transmits the pulse wave data from singlechip to computer, then the data will be denoised based on wavelet transform, and the physiological parameters are calculated. The final probation results show that the Physiological Parameters Monitoring and Analyzing Instrument based on the theory introduced in this paper can measure human body's high (low) blood pressure, heart rate and animal heat accurately, which can offer people better judgment standard. The examination result calculated in computer based on wavelet denoise is more repeatable and more believable, which supply a theory guidance for the upgrade of Physiological Parameters Monitoring and Analyzing Instrument.
