Research On Course System Development Based On The Working Process Orientation

Currently,the major of Industrial Robot Technology Application is the new major opened by our vocational schools,and its talent cultivation is far behind the demands of industrial robot technology talents.The course system is one of important component of the talent cultivation plan and the reasonability of course setting directly affects the development level of major construction.The concept of course system development based on the work process guidance is the main though for the course system development of the modern vocational major,which will transform the knowledge,competence and qualification covered in the position work task of enterprise into the teaching content,so as to outline the micro blueprint of teaching arrangement for the major construction,as well as provide the theoretical guidance for the talent cultivation.Through analyzing the current domestic demand status for the industrial robot technology application talents,the current status for the talent cultivation,and the current status for the course system of industrial robot technology application major,this study streamlines the problems existing in the course system,as well as puts forward to the main content,methods and technical route for the study.According to the visits to several enterprises located in Pearl River Delta relating to the industrial robot,as well as the discussion with the relevant response persons for recruitment and the experts e.g.front-line engineers in the enterprises about the demand status for the applied talents of industrial robot technology,so as to understand the requirements of enterprises located in Pearl River Delta to the professional knowledge,professional skills and occupational competence of the graduates,as well as clarify the employment target position group and development route of occupational career for the graduates majored in Industrial Robot Technology Application of the secondary vocational schools.This paper also provides the scientific basis for designing the course system structure,teaching arrangement and major core course description of Industrial Robot Technology Application of the secondary vocational schools developed basing on the work process.It confirms the talent cultivation targets and talent cultivation specifications for the Industrial Robot Technology Application of the secondary vocational schools,and further transforms the action field to the study field.This paper summarizes the development of course system for the the Industrial Robot Technology Application of the secondary vocational schools based on the work process guidance.
