| Advanced manufacturing industry is developing in the trend of intelligent manufacturing and machine replacement.Faced with the application of new technologies such as industrial robots,the structure of human resources will be transformed accordingly,presenting practical problems such as skill matching and manpower gap.In the face of the new trend of economic development,in the process of deploying the future development strategy of vocational education,China put forward the construction of 1+ X certificate system in the 20 articles on vocational education in 2019 to alleviate the structural employment difficulties.How to deal with industrial technological innovation,how to correctly implement policies and policies,and how to realize the integration of courses and certificates is the focus of this paper.Based on the above problems,this study takes the skill level standard of industrial robot application programming as the starting point to re-examine the reform progress of curriculum training in Tianjin higher vocational colleges in response to the challenge of 1+ X certificate system,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the teachers and students of relevant pilot colleges around the integration of course certificates.Based on the empirical data obtained,this paper analyzes the current situation of course card integration in higher vocational colleges from seven aspects,including course reform operation mechanism,course setting,course content,evaluation system,teacher team and hardware practical training conditions.In order to have a deeper and true understanding of the closeness of curriculum and credit integration,the interview method is also adopted to comprehensively find out the bottleneck problems encountered by higher vocational colleges in the course and credit integration,and put forward the solution path according to the causes.Although the implementation of the 1+ X certificate system is still in the primary stage,the pilot colleges and universities have carried out some curriculum reform accordingly.According to the results of empirical investigation,higher vocational colleges still have the following problems.In terms of system and mechanism,the X certificate standard is not perfect,and the 1+ X curriculum reform working group has unclear powers and responsibilities and low working efficiency.In terms of curriculum and evaluation,there are some problems such as the lack of systematization and pertinence of the integrated vocational courses,the delay in updating the curriculum content,the fault of the integration of practical trainingmodules,and the subjective and single curriculum evaluation.In terms of hardware equipment and manpower support,there are problems such as uneven hardware equipment configuration in training,low enthusiasm of higher vocational teachers for further study and imbalance in the proportion of all kinds of teachers.Starting from the social system theory,the above problems are attributed from five aspects.The government: insufficient financial support and degree,lack of correct guidance and guarantee in school-enterprise cooperation,and lack of timely formulation of superior standards for the integration of courses and certificates by the education department;Third-party aspects: X certificate standard is not perfect,which increases the difficulty of course and certificate integration,the coverage of X certificate teacher training is small,the degree of cooperation between industry and education is low,and the cooperation quality cannot be guaranteed;Higher vocational colleges: lack of in-depth understanding of the implementation of the 1+ X certificate system,the selection and recruitment management of teachers and the post-service training mechanism is not perfect;Teachers: lack of professional ability,low enthusiasm for post-job development;Students: poor awareness of career planning and strong fear of difficulties in the face of new certificates.And from the above government,the third party,higher vocational colleges and teachers four aspects of relevant suggestions. |
