With the proposal of "Made in China 2025 strategy",intelligent manufacturing has entered a stage of rapid development,and the number of industrial robots in China has gradually increased.Under the background of the new era,the manufacturing industry urgently needs a large number of high-quality intermediate technical and skilled talents,but the graduates trained by the traditional vocational education model can hardly meet the talent demand of the job market.The development paradigm of systematic curriculum of work process is more in line with the concept of talent training in vocational education,that is,to promote comprehensive development and lifelong learning based on occupation,and to design a systematic curriculum based on action system,so that learners can acquire systematic vocational ability and master the methodology of learning.This study focuses on the course of "Visual Application of Industrial Robot" in secondary vocational schools,and develops the course based on the theoretical basis of work process systematization.First of all,the enterprise and the secondary vocational school for an industrial robot research clear the necessity of curriculum development,industrial robots in the pearl river delta hinterland,the enterprise to carry out the interview survey mastery talent demand situation,determine the graduates employment post group of industrial robot,mining requirements,such as professional ability and the core literacy into the curriculum goal.Interviews and questionnaires were conducted in secondary vocational schools in the Pearl River Delta region to clarify the current situation of industrial robot vision course offering,including the problems in course objectives,content and evaluation,so as to point out the direction for course development.Secondly,under the joint discussion of industry experts and senior teachers of secondary vocational schools,typical work tasks were analyzed according to job group,and summarized into the field of vocational action,and the transformation of learning field was completed according to the law of cognition and the law of career growth.With visual function as the carrier,four learning situations with spiralling difficulty were designed,and then integrated teaching design was carried out,and integrated working leaflets were made to construct a multi-subject and process evaluation scale.Finally,taking the learning situation of "multi-shape workpiece sorting" as an example,a teaching experiment was conducted in the experimental school,and a questionnaire on the implementation effect of the course was issued to students after the end of the course.Through the comprehensive analysis of the learning process,comprehensive evaluation scale and after-class questionnaire results of the students in the experimental class and control class,it is concluded that the course "Application of Industrial Robot Vision" based on the systematic work process can well improve the students’ learning efficiency,the installation and debugging level of industrial robot vision workstation and the ability of skill transfer.
