With the continuous deepening of kindergarten education reform,the social demand for high-quality educational resources is constantly rising,and the fundamental factor affecting kindergarten teaching quality is teachers' understanding of the concept of running a kindergarten and the implementation of the concept of running a kindergarten.The formation of kindergarten concept should be based on the regional environment and the level of education development,concise and scientific,with the characteristics of the garden.Thus ensuring that school-age children receive basic and quality preschool education and establishing a preschool education system satisfactory to the people.Kindergarten kindergarten idea is the root of the sustainable development of kindergarten,it not only embodies the kindergarten "a garden culture","a garden a characteristic",is also a kindergarten for good ideas of inheritance and combining the characteristics of the kindergarten's own reflected,the concept of kindergarten kindergarten through the feedback of teaching practice to the theory of the concept of kindergarten,and the existing theory viewpoint again to form a new understanding and guidance on the practice of cultural activities,formed a scientific and reasonable closed loop,the progress and development of the preschool education guidance area.Kindergarten on the formation of the concept of kindergarten,the understanding of the d evelopment,implementation way to varying degrees,in this paper,by using the combined met hod of quality and quantity,through the theoretical analysis the concept of kindergarten,kinde rgarten idea of kindergarten in A city were investigated,using the method of questionnaire,int erview method,analyzed data and relevant problems,to A city kindergarten may exist in the p rocess of formation and practicing the concept of kindergarten problems were summarized an d put forward the optimization strategy.To the kindergarten management concept,carry out re levant research,hoping to provide reference for the scientific development of the kindergarten.This study is divided into four parts:The first part mainly includes the research reasons,objectives,methods,significance an d literature review of the existing studies in this paper.By comparing the existing studies with the innovation points in this paper,an overall understanding of the concept of garden manage ment can be formed.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study on the idea of running a garden,incl uding three aspects.The second aspect is the discrimination and analysis of the concepts relat ed to the idea of running a park.The third aspect is the value orientation and function of the id ea of running a park.The third part mainly through the investigation and interview of A city kindergarten,fro m A city kindergarten concept formulation,presentation,characteristics,implementation of fo ur aspects to A city kindergarten kindergarten philosophy of the current situation of the analys is and data presentation.The fourth part forms an overall understanding of the current situation of kindergarten management philosophy based on the survey results of kindergarten management philosophy i n A city,analyzes the existing problems in the formation of kindergarten management philoso phy,and summarizes the factors affecting the effective practice of kindergarten management p hilosophy from the practice of kindergarten management philosophy.The fifth part puts forward strategic Suggestions and opinions on the problems existing i n the formation of the kindergarten philosophy,including providing a feasible reference for th e development of the kindergarten.
