In the context of the knowledge economy and lifelong learning society,in order to adapt to this era of change,teachers have not only been limited to relying on their own efforts to achieve professional development,but also gradually improve the professional quality through group learning.The professional quality of teachers depends on the knowledge level of teachers,and whether teachers can systematically integrate and manage knowledge will play a key role in the participation of teachers in group learning.As a platform for kindergarten teachers' group learning,the teacher's knowledge management ability can provide powerful help for participating in the study of gardening.Based on the existing literature,this study explores the knowledge management capabilities of kindergarten teachers involved in garden training.What is the knowledge management ability of kindergarten teachers to participate in the garden training? Around these two questions,the researchers based on the knowledge management theory and the learning community theory to preliminarily compile the "Knowledge Management Ability Questionnaire for Kindergarten Teachers Participating in the Garden Training" and the "Interview Outline of Knowledge Management Ability for Kindergarten Teachers to Participate in the Garden Training".According to the suggestions of experts and front-line teachers,the paper will be revised and improved,and a formal questionnaire will be formed through the test of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.It will be distributed to kindergarten teachers in Y provinces,two provinces,A province,B city and C city.The questionnaire was collected and returned to 553 copies.A statistical analysis of the collected questionnaires was conducted to explore the knowledge management ability of kindergarten teachers to participate in the garden training.1.Compilation of the “Knowledge Management Competency Questionnaire for Kindergarten Teachers Participating in the Garden Training”.Through the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,it can be seen that the kindergarten teachers' participation in the garden training requires three aspects: knowledge acquisition ability,knowledge storage ability and knowledge sharing ability.There are three dimensions,a total of 22 items,which have good signal efficiency.Degree,in line with the statistical significance requirements of psychometrics.This study draws the following conclusions:2.The status quo of knowledge management ability of kindergarten teachers participating in the garden training is generally above the upper level,but the knowledge storage ability is relatively the most unsatisfactory.3.In general,the knowledge management ability of kindergarten teachers to participate in the garden training has significant differences in teacher education and teacher teaching age,but there is no difference in gender,performance,professional title,and nature of the garden.4.The knowledge management ability of kindergarten teachers to participate in the garden training is significantly positively correlated with teacher education,teacher teaching age and training environment.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: In terms of kindergartens,improve the organization and management of training,build a learning community;create a learning atmosphere and culture,create a learning organization;pay attention to teachers' knowledge management ability and pay attention to the professional development of teachers.As far as teachers are concerned,establishing learning files is conducive to knowledge storage;strengthening learning input is conducive to knowledge acquisition;correcting learning attitudes is conducive to knowledge sharing.
