Local resources are common materials in children's daily life.They are close to children's life experience and conform to children's physical and mental development characteristics.In 2015,UNESCO also pointed out that education must be based on cultural literacy.It respects equality and equal dignity and helps social and economic development.Local resources represent the unique color of a home.In the regional environment of kindergartens,local resources are used to help children constantly know their home and cultivate their love for home.This study investigates the attitudes,concepts,contents and processes of creating regional environment of local resources through questionnaires and interviews with preschool teachers in urban and Rural Kindergartens in Lianyungang City.It finds that there are many experiences worth learning in the development and utilization of regional environment of kindergartens,but there are still some problems to be solved,mainly in the creation of local resources.The attitude,idea,content and process of setting up local resources regional environment are four aspects.Therefore,this study puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of attitude,concept,content and process of creating regional environment of local resources.In terms of attitude,we should regularly carry out communication activities,improve kindergarten ideas,increase publicity efforts,enhance understanding,and combine various ways to improve kindergarten teachers' awareness of self-creation.In terms of methods,it puts forward to give kindergarten teachers free space and enrich their creative experience;in terms of concept,we should establish correct creative ideas and adjust regional environmental materials in time;in terms of content,we should optimize the diversity of materials for regional environmental content selection;in terms of process,we should increase the opportunities for children to practice and solve the creation difficulties through various ways.In view of the difficulties in the creation,it is proposed to carry out the evaluation of regional environmental creation and carry out thematic activities.Through the above improvement strategies,we hope that kindergartens and kindergarten teachers can make better use of local resources in the development and utilization of kindergarten regional environment,and give full play to the educational role and value of local resources materials.
