Abstract/Summary:
With the gradual deepening of education reform,"concept" has been widely seen in the field of education and promoted the development of basic education reform and modern education concept.The concept of office garden refers to the concept of rational cognition,ideal pursuit and related children education.The concept of kindergarten is a guiding ideology and fundamental purpose of the work in the kindergarten,clear and advanced the concept of kindergarten is a kindergarten motive place of the kindergarten,it leads the kindergarten constantly moving forward,like blood continuously penetrated into every corner of the garden.It is the urgent need of the development of The Times,it is the necessity of the development of the kindergarten,it is the intrinsic need of its own development.Most kindergartens have their own concept of garden management.But for the connotation of the concept of kindergarten,steps and implementing ways of understanding is not enough in-depth,so this study adopted the method combining the quality and quantity,through the concept of kindergarten’s theory are analyzed,based on the status of H city kindergarten kindergarten idea of sampling survey,using questionnaire method,interview method and text analysis method to analyze the existing problems,and find out the cause of the deep,based on the concept of quality of kindergarten,determine the design standard of the concept of kindergarten,and then puts forward the strategy.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which discusses the origin,purpose,significance,research ideas and methods,and literature review.The second part is the theoretical research on the concept of garden management,which is discussed from the three perspectives of its establishment basis,conceptual analysis,function and value orientation.The third part is the realistic research on the concept of garden management,which consists of two parts.One is the current status and analysis of the concept ofkindergarten,using sampling method to select by investigating garden,combining with the questionnaire method,interview method,text analysis and data analysis and statistical method to get the current situation of the concept of kindergarten,analyzes its existing problems and causes;Second,the concept of high-quality garden management is presented,and two kindergartens are selected,namely,ba school garden and German forest kindergarten.The fourth part is to explore the optimization and realization of the concept of garden management.First,the optimization of the concept of garden management,including its standards and construction procedures;Second,the way to realize the concept of running a garden is the culture,rules and regulations,development planning,curriculum system,faculty and the quality of the principal.
