In support of education committee’s spirit that central qualitykindergartens cooperating with suburban kindergartens,stimulatingpreschool education resources extending to suburbs and bringing aboutbalanced-developing preschool education, and also in order to focus onthe key element——professional teacher training——to promote thebusiness of preschool education and to realize the reformation ofpreschool education, trans-regional “interaction” of professionalresearch training is studied in this paper.This article focuses on two questions: Firstly, which kind ofprofessional research training institute for different districts to pairoff is effective? How to carry out the "Interaction” of professionalresearch training? Secondly, how could trans-regional research trainingdevelop sustainablely? We study through investigation,documentresearch,action research,case study and experience summary.Through study,we list six more effective ways to professionalresearch and training institutions: interlaced guided teaching,interactive teaching and research of problem-menu-linked training,shadow-like personal teaching, the subject type of mutual deliberation,the high-quality sharing of the lessons. A type of institute that wasn’tcarried out: the network-based remote Institute. The suitable conditionsof the forms, the problem that need to be paid attention to and the effectare analyzed,including that effective " Interaction" of professionalresearch training should meet the needs of the knowledge structure of thekindergarten teachers in the different posts, as well as the capacity ofprofessional development. We also considered and proposed a theoretical framework ofsustainable development of "Interaction” of professional researchtraining. The study figures out: the external development, the internalmicrocosmic needs of the teachers and the mechanism for sharing andcohesion of the people have stimulative power on the research training.At the same time, we also need to solve the problem of time, funds, workarrangements and so on. With the minimum cost and minimum impediments,we can ensure the sustainable development of pairing off. The point isthat the harvest outweighs the paying.
