In order to make up for the shortage of the National Curriculum,the state has established a three-level curriculum management structure which is composed of the national curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum.Because of the vast territory of our country and the multi-ethnic country,the humanistic and geographical environment of each school is different.The development of school-based curriculum is to make use of the actual situation of school to form the educational characteristics of school.Yunnan Province is located in the southwest frontier of China,it is located in the Tropics and Tropical monsoon climate,which is suitable for the life of parasites,microorganisms and some insects that can transmit diseases,this study was conducted at a middle school in Kunming of XX,Yunnan Province.The management of the school is totally closed accommodation.Students are not allowed to go home until the weekend.If there is an epidemic,schools and students will panic,so it is necessary to offer a school-based course on "Common Infectious Diseases and their Prevention and Control".Based on the Biology Curriculum Standard for Senior High School(2017 edition),this paper studies the theoretical concept of school-based curriculum development,and then applies environmental model to develop school-based curriculum for "Common Infectious Diseases and their Prevention and Control".The first step of the environmental model is to analyze the internal and external environment of the school to determine whether it is possible to develop the school-based curriculum.Secondly,setting the curriculum objective,the content of the curriculum should be determined according to the needs of students' development,determine the content of the course.The development of school-based curriculum is basically completed by the curriculum developer.The key step is the implementation of school-based curriculum,this process needs students and curriculum developer to complete together,the final step is the evaluation step,the evaluation of school-based curriculum is a complex step,the curriculum development process and the implementation process need to be evaluated by the curriculum developers.The whole subject needs the support of the school,the help of other teachers and the cooperation of students.The ultimate goal is to serve the development of students and the formation of school characteristics,the result is considerable.Students have mastered the relevant knowledge of infectious diseases,they can also form a sense of protection themselves and protect others in daily life.
