In the new curriculum reform of multiple requests, junior middle school geography teaching process facing curriculum resources shortage, implements school-based urriculum reform of curriculum with strong appeal. School-based curriculum development, is a kind of advocated new curriculum development and reform mode, which is based on students’ properties, characteristics and available resources, taking school as a base and teachers and school as participating subject. The development and implementation of School-based curriculum is an important part of the curriculum reform support system and an important guarantee of the implementation of the geographical curriculum. In the process of school-based curriculum, we must base on school characteristics, teachers’ personalities and students’individuality. The ultimate goal of the development of school-based curriculum is to fully excavate students’ potential advantages, and promote students’individuality to achieve a comprehensive and harmonious development. Therefore, the development and implementation of the junior school-based curriculum of Disaster Prevention and Hedge, no matter on its content, or the arrangement of time all have strong flexibility, and it can well satisfy different students with different requirements, to make up for the deficiency of state and local courses.In our country, the research of school-based curriculum for disaster prevention education is just beginning. The disaster prevention hedge education is very necessary for the students. This paper focus on the development and implementation of the disaster prevention and hedge of junior high school geography in school-based curriculum, take how to integrate geography, the relevant teaching content on all aspects as the basic strategy and guidance of the development and implementation of junior high school geography in school-based curriculum of disaster prevention hedge, and organicly combine the school-based curriculum theory and disaster-reduction hedge. First, put forward the concept of junior geographical school-based curriculum of disaster prevention, its composition and teaching contents. Secondly, explore various causes of disasters and find how to realize the disaster-reduction and hedge, and definitely put forward the concrete implementation strategy of junior school-based curriculum of disaster prevention. Thirdly, preliminarily form the research framework of junior school-based curriculum of the disaster-reduction and hedge, in order to make it possible to take the disaster-reduction and hedge as a kind of effective supplement in geographical school-based curriculum teaching in middle school...
