A Case Study Of Intervention In The Livelihood Of Landless Farmers Of Ethnic Minorities In The Perspective Of Solution-Focused Therapy

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China and the construction of major projects,more and more land-lost farmers are moving into cities to develop their livelihoods.After entering the new environment for a period of time,the land-lost farmers have changed the image of "TuHao" in people's mind,and become the vulnerable groups who lose the sustainable means of livelihood and suffer from the livelihood difficulties due to the poor management of their own assets.In such a vulnerable group,there is also such a group of "vulnerable groups of vulnerable groups"-minority landless farmers.Located in remote areas,they have fewer resources and are quite different from other residents in terms of language and living habits.Compared with ordinary land-lost farmers,they find it more difficult to make a living in the new living environment.Although all the land-lost farmers can rely on ground reparations and related subsidies for excessive in cities,but when they are the most basic livelihood not difficult to solve,or to find appropriate and sustainable way of living,must surely have a wide variety of individual,family and social problems,especially in ethnic minority groups the livelihood of the land-losing farmers solve is about national unity and the stability of the region,the livelihood of the people of the city's development.As a social worker of ethnic minorities,I should do my best to solve the livelihood difficulties of the landless peasants of ethnic minorities.After the professional internship in Shenzhen,the author,under the guidance of the tutor and with the help of the street staff,entered the L community of my hometown Anning city to carry out social work for the typical cases of livelihood difficulties of landless farmers of ethnic minorities.Through the investigation and understanding of the previous graduate innovation project,the author found that there were not a few landless farmers of ethnic minorities with livelihood difficulties in L community,and the overall quality of life was deviated.There were also relatively extreme situations such as taking drugs,gambling or being swindled out of resettlement funds after entering the city.Due to the lack of livelihood means to adapt to the urban environment,many ethnic minority land-lost farmers are unemployed at home,doing nothing all day,playing CARDS and chatting to get by,and eking out a living by resettlement funds.As a member of this group and a social worker,the author decided to apply the professional knowledge and skills of social work,uphold the professional ethics of social work,and apply the intervention mode of seeking solution and treatment under the guidance of the tutor and with the help of the staff of relevant departments to intervene one of the relatively typical cases.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background of this paper,the research significance of this topic and the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad,and defines two key concepts of this paper.The second chapter introduces the livelihood problems of the minority land-lost farmers in the target communities and makes a preliminary analysis of the causes of these problems based on the situation of the minority land-lost farmers in Anning city.The third chapter records the whole process of intervention in typical cases according to the standard process of case work.The fourth chapter reflects on the case work and puts forward personal opinions and opinions.In this case,the author mainly adopts find solution treatment intervention model,help director clear work objectives,sets up the confidence,to dig deeper into director find director,the available resources and potential of their own advantages and use,and cooperate with the street workers help director link resources,ideas,help director solves the livelihood difficulties,promote the improvement of the relationship between the director and their family members.The intervention process was carried out in strict accordance with the case work process and professional ethics of social work,and the whole process was conducted under the supervision and guidance of the tutor.In the end,the author evaluates and summarizes the process of intervention and the situation after the intervention.It is hoped that this intervention can be used to solve the livelihood difficulties of the case owner,arouse the attention of the relevant departments to the livelihood problems of the minority land-lost farmers,and provide some reference for the following individual intervention.
