The Ministry of education stipulates that starting from the beginning of the new term in early September 2017,the junior high school history textbook of the people's education edition should be used in all junior high schools.History textbook is the main carrier of history curriculum.The quality of compilation of history textbooks directly affects the effect of curriculum reform.In order to understand the actual use of the junior high school history textbook in the PEP edition,the present situation of the implementation of the new curriculum is examined from the perspective of students' textbooks.This study takes Ganzhou city of Jiangxi Province as an example,using literature,classroom observation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods.On the basis of the study on the text of history textbooks and related research,and on the basis of field observation,a questionnaire was compiled,combined with stratified sampling and random sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the seven grade students who used the history textbook of junior high school.Through SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software processing and analysis of data collected from questionnaires,the results of the analysis are more scientific and accurate.Through classroom observation,we should thoroughly understand the problems in the use of history textbooks as the basis for the compilation of questionnaires and supplement of results analysis.The main problems of this study include:(1)students' evaluation and perception of junior high school history textbooks;(2)students' use of junior high school history textbooks,including the use of various columns in textbooks;(3)factors affecting the use of junior high school history textbooks;(4)students' use of junior high school history textbooks.The main contents of this paper include five parts:The first part: introduction,clarifying the research background,research significance and research status.The second part: defining the corresponding concepts and summarizing junior middle school history textbooks.The third part: elaborated the research process and the method,the investigation research mentality,the investigation object selection and the research design.The fourth part: the statistics of the preliminary results of the questionnaire survey,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and the detailed analysis of the questionnaire survey data,to explore the use of history textbooks,influencing factors and the existing problems.The fifth part discusses the conclusion of the investigation and puts forward the corresponding suggestions,which explains the deficiency of the investigation and research.The main findings and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Students are generallymore satisfied with the history textbooks;(2)The use rate of some columns in history textbooks is not high;(3)The exercises of history textbooks need to be further improved;(4)Students lack the correct and effective strategies for history learning;(5)Teachers use history textbook level.To be improved;(6)The type of school affects the use of history textbooks.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the perfection and use of history textbooks:(1)Textbook writers should continue to pay more attention to the basic nature of history textbooks;reduce the difficulty of "study on historical materials" "problem thinking" column,and make corresponding amendments and improvements to the exercises after class.(2)History teachers should strengthen the suggestion of using textbooks to strengthen the guidance of students' reading history textbooks;make full use of the functional columns of history textbooks and creatively use history textbooks.(3)Students should use the history textbook effectively and reasonably,prepare lessons before class,actively participate in the classroom,and review in time after class.
