| From the point of view of educational evaluation,this paper makes a systematic study of the present situation of process assessment.summarizes the problems and their causes in the process of implementing process assessment by means of questionnaire and interview,and puts forward effective measures to solve the problems,aiming at improving the process assessment.The comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school students can improve the teaching quality of Ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools.As a modern evaluation method,process evaluation has been gradually developed and perfected in our country after its popularization and application in recent years.However,none of the evaluation methods can completely and perfectly evaluate students.This requires us to carry out detailed empirical research on the evaluation process and implementation links of process evaluation and explore a truth.It is suitable for the evaluation method of Ideological and political teaching in secondary vocational schools,and realizes the cultivation of Ideological and moral character and personality quality of secondary vocational students.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have carried out relevant research on the characteristics,theoretical basis and practical application of process evaluation,and summarized it.They believe that the process evaluation not only reflects the quality of students’ learning,but also pays more attention to their learning attitude,innovative spirit and team cooperation,analysis and problem solving ability,and personal moral quality.Procedural evaluation has the characteristics of open evaluation objectives,rich evaluation content,diversity of evaluation subjects and flexibility of evaluation means.At present,although the ideological and political course in secondary vocational schools in China has some exploration and attempt on the process evaluation,it has not formed a systematic system and model,but also needs to continue to explore and study in practice,accumulate practical experience.The procedural evaluation is mainly carried out in the first and second grade,and the main practice is to set up a steering group and collective discussion;set up an evaluation scale;sort out the evaluation data,feedback the evaluation results and improve the evaluation program.The results of questionnaires and teacher interviews show that the process evaluation reflects the needs of students,the recognition of the evaluation subject,the fairness and the use of evaluation methods.There are also corresponding reflections on teachers’ incentive policies,evaluation subjects,evaluation methods,evaluation feedback and so on.Through the summary of the survey data,it is found that the problems of the process evaluation are mainly manifested in the following aspects: lack of perfect system and mechanism of the process evaluation;the evaluation focuses on the achievements,ignoring the diversification of the evaluation content;the evaluation subject lacks the enthusiasm to participate in the evaluation,and the objective fairness of the evaluation needs to be strengthened;and the evaluation means are not rich.It reflects only part of the quality of students.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the process assessment,mainly including: improving the process assessment system,compiling school-based teaching materials,developing school-enterprise cooperation,establishing incentive and restraint mechanism;teachers: improving their own ability,expanding the evaluation subject,exploring various methods,building feedback and communication platform;Students: actively participate in the evaluation,put into practice,achieve objectivity and impartiality,adjust learning strategies.In this paper,relative scientific methods are used to summarize the practical methods and measures in view of the status quo of process assessment,so as to facilitate the promotion and application.It is hoped that this study can enhance the role and significance of moral education,promote the improvement of teachers’ ability,and improve students’ comprehensive quality,so as to promote the process assessment to meet the needs of reform,strengthen the purpose of moral education for vocational school students’ career life-long service,and give full play to the role of moral education in improving students’ moral quality. |
