It can be seen that craftsman spirit is an important support for the construction of a modern country and a skilled society,a solid foundation for national development and national innovation,and a key element for the cultivation of individual professional spirit.Vocational education is the basic education to provide technical talents and skills support for the country.Only by fully implementing the cultivation of craftsmanship in vocational education can we cultivate generation after generation of complex technical and skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmen in the new era,and vigorously promote the development of a strong manufacturing country building.Secondary vocational education is a key stage in the vocational education system.Since the promulgation and implementation of the "Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools" in 2020,according to the essential characteristics of vocational education,the core quality of "professional spirit" has been condensed.This literacy emphasizes the importance of organically integrating spiritual materials such as labor spirit and craftsmanship into the actual teaching of ideological and political disciplines,so as to achieve the educational goal of cultivating students’ professional morality and professionalism.The craftsman spirit contains strong ideological condensing and value orientation.The craftsman spirit is effectively integrated into the teaching of ideological and political courses for secondary vocational students.Students will have specific emotional experience,which can not only correctly exert the behavioral restraint and career orientation of the spirit,but also To achieve the cultivation of students’ professional ethics.Therefore,this paper takes "craftsman spirit into the ideological and political teaching of secondary vocational school" as the research direction,on the basis of defining the connotation of the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students,based on the practical needs of the cultivation of group spirit of secondary vocational students,using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,in-depth ideological and political teaching of secondary vocational students,Analyze the current status and specific results of cultivating the craftsman spirit in the ideological and political teaching of secondary vocational school,explore the problems existing in the integration of craftsman spirit into the ideological and political teaching of secondary vocational school students and analyze the reasons,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,promote the integration of craftsman spirit into the ideological and political teaching of secondary vocational school.In addition to the introduction,this article is mainly divided into the following four parts.The first part is to explain that the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political
