| Ideological and political education plays an important role in nation’s socialistconstruction of modernization. Discipline of ideological and political education hasbeen developing rapidly since nineteen-eighties, especially after the publishment ofNotification on the Implementation of Further Strengthening and ImprovingUniversity Ideological and Political Theory Discipline (05scheme for short).University and colleges’ ideological and political education reform had been broughtforth into agenda since then. As a result, to improve education quality and effect ofideological and political education through teaching assessment and to makeideological and political education class a main teaching way become the key point ofeducation and teaching reform for front-line moral educators.During the deeppractice of new curriculum reform of ideological and political education, people startto exam identification and selection function of traditional assessment. What’more,they pay more and more attention on the development function, incentive function,feedback function and regulating function of assessment. Assessment is regarded asan important way and method to improve both teaching and study. This reformrequires all educators to deeply understand the start and process of students’ study,thus to promote students’ all-around development.
