Abstract/Summary:
The reform of moral education in China is a new era,which is also a new idea of Ideological and political education.As a part of our national education,secondary vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality skilled talents for the society.High quality skilled talents require secondary vocational students not only to have professional skills,but also to have good professional quality and moral quality.Therefore,carrying out curriculum ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools is an essential educational reform under the new pattern of "three complete education".As a popular major in secondary vocational schools in recent years,combined with the characteristics of e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools and the risk of students’ education and management,it is necessary to implement curriculum ideological and political education.This study focuses on the curriculum ideological and political education of e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education in e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools,explore the problems and causes in the implementation process from the perspective of educational management,and put forward the corresponding management countermeasures.Through teacher interviews,as a reference for the preparation of the questionnaire,and provide strong supplementary confirmation for the analysis of the survey results of the questionnaire data.This study hopes to understand the current situation of Ideological and political implementation of e-commerce major curriculum in secondary vocational schools from the practical level,provide management strategies for e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools from the methodological level,and fill the blank of curriculum ideological and political research in e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools.Through 268 effective questionnaires for students majoring in e-commerce in secondary vocational schools,it can be concluded that after the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education for a period of time,students have a certain perception of curriculum ideological and political education,and have a high acceptance of the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education.However,there are differences in students’ understanding of Ideological and political education in different grades.At the same time,it is found that there are not many curriculum elements reflected in the school’s E-Commerce teaching materials and learning materials,and the implementation of e-commerce curriculum can not fully cover ideological and political issues.Through teacher interviews,it is found that e-commerce teachers generally understand the ideological and political concept of the curriculum,but the concept of educating people has not been completely changed.At the same time,it is found that the teaching and research group of e-commerce specialty does not regularly carry out curriculum ideological and political discussion,and the school lacks the supervision,management and incentive mechanism of formulating relevant professional curriculum ideological and political.Based on the conclusions from the comprehensive questionnaire survey and interview,it can be concluded that the problems existing in the implementation of Ideological and political education in e-commerce major courses in secondary vocational schools are mainly as follows: 1)in terms of organization and management,the progress of Ideological and political education in the curriculum is slow.2)In teaching management,curriculum thought and politics float on the surface.3)In the management of school enterprise cooperation,curriculum ideological and political education has been ignored.4)In terms of student management,the old student management model is dominant.The reasons behind these problems are: 1)the school management department does not make good planning and overall implementation.2)The teaching management department has not formulated the relevant supervision mechanism.3)The ability of Ideological and political management of E-commerce Teaching and research group is weak.4)The subjective will of professional teachers to participate in Ideological and political education is not strong.5)Professional teachers have limited classroom management ability to implement curriculum ideological and political education.Based on this,according to the management principles of curriculum ideological and political implementation in secondary vocational schools,combined with the characteristics of e-commerce specialty,this paper puts forward the management countermeasures corresponding to the problems from the perspective of educational management.1)In terms of organization and management,adhere to top-level design.2)In teaching management,adhere to reform and innovation.3)In the management of school enterprise cooperation,adhere to the linkage inside and outside the school.4)In terms of student management,change the old student management mode.It also points out that in order to truly implement the countermeasures,we also need to establish organizational,economic,institutional and environmental guarantee mechanisms.
