| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,and important documents such as the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation","Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Schools in the New Era",and the Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Higher Education Institutions(hereinafter referred to as the "Outline")have been promulgated,It has effectively promoted the deepening and reform of ideological and political education in China’s universities.The Outline clearly states that in order to implement the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,it is necessary to always implement the "curriculum ideological and political" education concept,give full play to the educational effectiveness of the entire curriculum,and form a synergistic effect between professional education and ideological and political education.In this era,ideological and political education in university courses has become a key measure to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.As the "baton" of ideological and political education in university courses,the evaluation of ideological and political education in university courses is closely related to the quality of ideological and political education in university courses.Therefore,in the context of the new era,the research on the evaluation of ideological and political education in university courses has become a "deserved" and "actual" act to deepen and implement the ideological and political education work in universities.Based on the research purpose of improving the quality of ideological and political education in college courses,this paper takes the teaching process of ideological and political education as a perspective,and uses the advantages of interdisciplinary integration to carry out research by using literature analysis,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,clarify important core concepts and logical relationships such as "curriculum ideological and political education","teaching process",and "curriculum ideological and political education process",sort out Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development,optimization of teaching process,and evaluation of developmental courses,and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on ideological and political theory courses,in order to "make research reasonable".In the second part,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods are used to construct the evaluation index system of the ideological and political teaching process of university courses in combination with experts’ opinions,and the evaluation index system is used as a quantitative tool to carry out an empirical analysis of the evaluation of the ideological and political teaching process of university courses.The deficiencies in the ideological and political teaching process of university courses are found: first,it is necessary to deepen the mining and refining of ideological and political elements;secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the natural integration of professional teaching and ideological and political education;thirdly,it is necessary to improve students’ comprehensive abilities;fourthly,it is necessary to strengthen the strategic and scientific nature of teaching assessment;fifth,it is necessary to strengthen teachers’ awareness of combining teaching reflection with teaching improvement.The third part focuses on attributing the shortcomings in the process of ideological and political education in university courses from the perspectives of cognition,practice,and management.Strategic analysis of optimizing the process of ideological and political education in university courses from six levels: firstly,to enhance the relevant cognition of multiple subjects about curriculum ideological and political education;the second is to enhance the ideological and political teaching ability of university teachers in the curriculum;thirdly,strengthen students’ sense of experience in the process of ideological and political education in the curriculum;fourthly,strengthen the active deployment of management departments;the fifth is to focus on the evaluation method of the ideological and political teaching process of curriculum with diversified subjects;the sixth is to emphasize the scientific application of the evaluation index system for the ideological and political teaching process of university courses. |
