The Study Of Zhou Xuexi's Thought On Vocational Education

Zhou xuexi is one of the most important educators in Tianjin modern history of education.This study try to from Zhou xuexi's educational thought as the concerned point,and his vocational practice as the reference,trying to summarize the system of Zhou Xuexi's vocational education thought,revealing the characteristics and historical limitations of his vocational education thought,and then extract the inspirations that is contained in his vocational education thought.This study mainly include three chapters.The first chapter introduces the Zhou Xuexi life and vocational education activities.The second chapter systematically summarizes Zhou Xuexi's vocational education thought,including the purpose and role of vocational education,school policy of vocational education,the teachers and students of vocational education,teaching content and teaching methods of vocational education.He believes that the purpose of vocational education is to open up people's wisdom and create professional talents;the role of vocational education can enrich the country and promote the development of business.Vocational education has the principle of running schools simultaneously,all sectors of society should have the idea of industrial education,paying attention to women's vocational education,paying attention to investment in vocational education and vocational education should implement the combination of teaching,research,promotion.As for teachers and students of vocational education,teachers are hired at a high price and formulate strict rules and give students incentives,penalties and supervision mechanisms.Vocational education teaching content and teaching methods,including learning chemistry,drawing,business,textile,gymnastics and mechanism manufacturing,teaching methods to use teaching and practice method,visual demonstration method and practice method.The third chapter evaluates the Zhou xuexi's vocational education thought.On the Characteristics,including the formation of a systematic system of vocational education thought,saving the country is the driving force of vocational education thought,revealing the rules of vocational education,paying attention to the vocational education of women;On the historical limitations,including thai he was influenced by the Japanese occupation education,putting a overly high attention for "Education to save the country," the status of retaining a certain feudal educational color.The fourth chapter implying the enlightenment of Zhou xuexi's vocational education thought.Including to establish a cooperative education between urban and rural areas and cross-regional cooperation,training for enterprise-run cooperation,running after-work education for part-time work and working on the "nationalized" schooling path,improving teaching quality in an all-round way,emphasizing professional construction,using the implementation of "double teacher" construction of teaching staff,using a flexible and diverse teaching methods.
