Research On Yan Xueyi's Thought Of Vocational Education

Yan Xueyi dedicated to vocational education in China more than 60 years,as an educational careerist,he had rich educational practical experience;as an educational theorist,he published over 120 academic papers.In long-term vocational education practice and theoretical research,practical and theoretical vocational education thought has formed.At present,with the rapid development of vocational education,there are many reform practice and key theoretical problems to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically elaborate and thoroughly study Yan Xueyi's vocational education thought.The main contents of the thesis is based on Yan Xueyi's vocational education thought which analyzed from the two dimensions of ideological connotation and contemporary enlightenment.In terms of ideology,the background of thought was introduced,the thought formation process was summarized for three stages including initial period,development period and mature period.This paper summarized theoretical research results of each stage and showed the characteristics,explained the core ideas from four aspects including expert classification and education classification,middle vocational schools development thought,middle and higher vocational education linkage thought,technical bachelor development thought.expert classification and education classification is the basement.Through summarizing the results of these four aspects of theoretical research,Yan Xueyi's vocational education thought introduced exhaustively.Then shows the thought satisfied the development of society and gives three enlightens: first,based on the practice is the primary purpose of vocational education workers and researchers;second,the key of vocational education is teaching in a real environment and learning in a real environment;third,the responsibility of each vocational education worker is making all students successful.The last part of the paper shows that Yan Xueyi's vocational education thought is rich and need to research further.
