Contemporary basic education emphasizes the all-round and free development of individuals.As a kind of personalized education,professional enlightenment education aims to guide individuals to explore suitable development paths.It is of great significance to the implementation of the educational policy of cultivating all-round individuals in the new era.In recent years,many education policy documents have begun to deliberately mention vocational enlightenment education,and this has promoted relevant research on vocational enlightenment education in China.However,there are not many related researches on vocational enlightenment education in our country,and most of them are based on theoretical discussion,lacking empirical research,and most of the research objects are mainly in the middle and high school stages,and there is a lack of related research on the primary school stage.This research adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to study the vocational enlightenment education of the primary school in the G district of Chongqing.First,sort out the related literature of vocational enlightenment education,discuss the connotation and constituent elements of vocational enlightenment education,and provide a theoretical basis for the investigation of the current situation of vocational enlightenment education;secondly,sort out the relevant policies of vocational enlightenment education at home and abroad to clarify The reality of the policy support for vocational enlightenment education in China;then,using self-compiled questionnaires and structured interview outlines to investigate the status quo of vocational enlightenment education in primary schools in Chongqing G District;finally,statistical analysis of the data and information obtained from the survey,Summarize the status quo and problems of vocational enlightenment education in elementary school and senior years.After analyzing the causes of the problems,propose improvement strategies.The study draws the following conclusions: the overall imbalance of the professional consciousness of primary school students;the lack of awareness of professional enlightenment education of relevant subjects;the single implementation content and means of professional enlightenment education;the guarantee of professional enlightenment education is not perfect.After analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are: the profound influence of traditional test-taking thinking;insufficient policy support and lack of institutional guarantees;insufficient top-level design and lack of overall planning;poor communication between schools,families,society and other subjects,and no formation Education together.To this end,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed: the government should strengthen policy support for vocational enlightenment education,carry out overall planning of vocational enlightenment education,and strengthen the publicity of vocational enlightenment education;schools should build a school curriculum system to enrich the vocational enlightenment education Contents and methods,formation of teachers,comprehensive optimization of vocational enlightenment education teachers and multilateral cooperation should be strengthened to establish a vocational enlightenment education resource system;parents should change traditional concepts,increase the importance of vocational enlightenment education,and actively cooperate with the development of school vocational enlightenment education Take the initiative to explore the family career enlightenment education. |
