| In order to fully revitalize rural areas and realize rural beauty and peasant wealth,it is necessary to rejuvenate rural education.Rural teachers are the backbone of rural education,and they are the vanguards of rural education.Building a good team of teachers and motivating their active work attitude,then promote the development of rural education and the cultivation of rural talents,and realize the promotion of rural education.The living status of rural junior high school teachers relates to their teaching quality and life experience.It’s necessary to pay attention to the living status of junior middle school teachers in rural areas,thereby improving the living environment conditions for rural junior high school teachers and improving the quality of life.This article starts from the perspective of “the rural junior high school teachers’ living status”,and prepares questionnaires based on personal basic attributes,work environment,work pressure,workload and wage income,career development,and daily life,etc.The main sample of teachers is from rural junior high school in N County,XX Province.This survey uses a method which combines questionnaires and interviews.This survey found that: the working environment and daily life of rural junior high school teachers still need to be improved.Teachers are under great working pressure,and their work burden is heavy,their wage income is low.In general,the status of teachers’ living conditions is not optimistic;the personal attributes of rural junior high school teachers,such as age Age,education,title,family address,weekly class,whether living with a spouse have an impact on the survival dimensions of teachers in rural junior high schools;With the development of urbanization,there will be more and more shortage of teachers and separation of teachers’ work and life in rural areas.Based on the above analysis,the reasons for this poor state come from many aspects.Researchers try to analyze the living status of junior middle school teachers in rural areas from the aspects of social environment and policies,teacher work,school management,teachers’ communities,and teachers themselves,and put forward the following specific measures to improve the survival status of rural junior high school teachers:To guarantee the welfare treatment of teachers in rural junior middle schools,construct rural education supervision,establish an authoritative system for assessing the living status of rural teachers,improve the social status of teachers in rural junior middle schools,revitalize rural teacher education,promote the personification of school management,and strengthen rural cultural construction. |
